Ralts #153 from Paldean Fates is a holo shiny card that currently sells for about $10.07 ungraded, with graded copies ranging from $16.40 at grade 9 to $1.00 at grade 10. A grade 10 copy sells for around $1.00 vs $10.07 raw. That's a modest premium, so grading only pays off for near-perfect copies.
